Speed & Agility Training - Chuck Licata

Pre-season training ages 9-18

Some of you have attended my Speed and Agility classes in the past. I will be starting up the clinics again in July in preparation for the upcoming season. These are open to

all Walton Youth Lacrosse GIRLS AND BOYS.  Siblings, and friends playing other sports are also welcome to join. All classes will be taught by me on Mondays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays @ either Dodgen, Dickerson, or Eastside Elementary. Choose 1 or 2 days per week. Private 1 on 1, or semi private (2-5 kids) are also available and will be scheduled to accommodate. Email me directly to register your child for any or if you have any questions. You will need to fill out a physical readiness activity form for your child, and also sign a waiver prior to them starting. Payment can be made to me through Venmo: @Chuck-Licata

***A portion of the proceeds will be donated back to the Walton Junior Lacrosse program***

Classes will Include a combination of:

Running for condition (sprints, intervals, tempo)

High Intense Interval Training (for overall strength)

Agility cone drills for speed and quickness

All strength work will be done with little to no weight.

Body weight exercises!

Group Classes1 class per week for 4 weeks: $85 // 2 class per week for 4 weeks: $125

Private 1 on 1$40 for 45 minutes

Semi Private (2-5 kids)$25 per kid for 45 minutes

The WHS Men's LAX Team are the 6A/7A STATE CHAMPIONS !!!! They DEFEATED the Lambert Longhorns in OT 8-7 to win the title, the first State title for the Men's Program since 2011

The principal gave a huge shout out to the lacrosse team yesterday at graduation.  Check out the article giving the team credit for helping bring back the Director's Cup to Walton.
